This pudding / pie filling is absolutely wonderful. From this basic recipe, you can make a variety of puddings as the only thing that will really change is the flavoring. The proportions of milk, sugar and corn starch will be the same with most any flavor you decide to make.

The recipe makes wonderful butter tarts that are just like mom used to make. This recipe is only for 12 tarts but you can make as many as you want.

This brownie recipe is really worth writing home to mama about. Topped with pistachio butter and shaved chocolate then dusted with icing sugar, these brownies are simply divine.

This is an off-the-cuff recipe that was essentially an experiment in creating my own cake. To my delight, it was such a successful experiment that it was immediately deemed a keeper. It's so rich in flavor that it does not really need any icing.
