Like people all over the world, I love to experiment with food. I will regularly add new recipes that were conceived in my kitchen, which I have aptly named "Mike's Food Lab".
This blog is all about sharing the experiments that have gone "well". I will also try to provide enough details to leave out the guesswork so beginners and experts alike can reproduce the dishes and food ideas I am sharing. Not every recipe I share was born of an experiment. I will include traditional recipes to which I have added my own touch of creativity.
